About Martine IT Solutions

Martine IT Solutions is a Philippine-registered information technology company based in Calamba, Laguna, providing custom software development to businesses and government agencies.

The company was founded on a straightforward observation: many organizations here are running on software that does not fit them. Off-the-shelf products built for a different market, spreadsheets stretched far past what they were meant to do, or aging systems nobody is left to maintain. The work of the company is to replace that with software built specifically for the organization using it.

Background

The company is led by Martin Magpantay Jr., who brings 13 years of professional web development experience to every engagement.

That experience spans the full lifecycle of business software: gathering requirements from people who do not speak in technical terms, designing systems that hold up as they grow, writing and testing the code, deploying it, and maintaining it through years of changing needs. The core technical work is in C#, Angular, and SQL Server, alongside interface design and frontend engineering.

How We Work

We tell you when custom software is the wrong answer. If an existing product would serve you better for a fraction of the cost, we will say so. A project that should not have been built helps no one.

We scope in writing before we start. Deliverables, timeline, cost, and what falls outside the agreement, all documented before any code is written. Changes are handled openly, not discovered on the invoice.

We explain things in plain language. You should understand what you are paying for and what the tradeoffs are. Technical decisions get explained in terms of what they mean for your operations.

We build systems meant to last. Documented, maintainable code on well-supported technologies, so you are not dependent on a single person indefinitely, including us.
